Our Moderaturen from PTI Veronika Wirth Uffelmann
and Rev. Dr. Martin Sander-Gaiser
Today afternoon we received the results of our evaluation presents that we have with the Institute for Educational Development and Evaluation conducted in Nuremberg. The Institute aims at a perception and value-based school development. In the investigation has 192 students and 25 staff (s) attended. The results were very good, according to the presenters, even were the results of teachers and students very close together.
On a scale of 1 (poor) to 5 (very good) answered 158 questions dealt with the ideal and the real evangelical school. Only a few points, we reached a value of less than four. At some points we had levels of than 4.7 (eg presence of religious rituals, dealing with each other, references to the Christian sense orientation, personality development, introduction of student skills, etc.). Differences in ideal and reality was about the cooperation of teachers (ideal school teachers 4.76 / 4.56 Stud, 3.76 science teacher / student 4.25: the teachers, the cooperation is not as ideal as the students) . Striking were the differences in performance measurement (ideal 4.81 / 4.55 - real 3,66 / 4.76). Perhaps we will soon publish
again specific results.
